By accessing and using RealTracker ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

RealTracker is a sales tracking and management platform that provides:

• Real-time sales activity tracking
• Team management tools
• Analytics and reporting features
• Dashboard and monitoring capabilities
• Subscription-based access to premium features

3. User Accounts

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Types

• Super Admin: Platform management and oversight
• Admin: Team management and agent oversight
• Agent: Sales activity tracking and reporting

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans

Our service operates on a subscription basis with the following terms:

• Monthly subscription fee of $49 per admin account
• Includes up to 10 agent accounts per admin
• Automatic renewal unless canceled
• Pro-rated billing for mid-cycle changes

Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through Stripe
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Interfere with other users' access to the service

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

• Data may be stored on servers in various locations
• You can request data deletion upon account termination

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealTracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Service continues until the end of the current billing period
• Data export options available before termination
