How do I get started with RealTracker?
Getting started is easy! Simply sign up for a subscription on our pricing page, complete the payment process, and you'll receive login credentials to access your admin dashboard where you can start managing your sales team.
How many agents can I add to my account?
Our Solo Agent plan includes 1 agent account ($29/month inc GST). The Office plan includes unlimited agents ($199/month inc GST). For coaching support and analytics, our Pro Office plan is $299/month inc GST. Choose the plan that fits your team size on our pricing page.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you'll have the option to export your data before the account is deactivated.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment processor.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely! We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. All information is stored securely and we never share your data with third parties without your consent.
